  Wow. Wow. And wow.
  
  First, their food is really amazing. But a lot of places can make great food. The service is something beyond. I just received a phone call from the driver letting me know he was running behind. What?! He was five minutes behind.
  
  Each time I've ordered, the driver has been interested in the product delivered, "This is your order and I love this too, etc." My expectation from delivery is usually, "Here's your food, sign here." It's not "normal". This is the kind of service you receive when you're sitting at a table in a restaurant -- not in the comfort of your own home in your regular clothes.
  
  I really could go on for a lot of paragraphs. Let me just say that if you want great food (and the meatball bakes are ridiculously amazing), order from Marco's. If you want fantastic service -- order from Marco's.
